  I went today for my mom new social card she apply almost month ago , she didn't receive it 2 weeks. Tge Guy i was dealing with is very rude . Saying it's lost from post office. He has no evidence for what he saying . Two long time waiting to see manager

  I went in today to sort out payments for my uncle who moved to another country. Despite having power of attorney and identification, the employee told me my power of attorney was worthless to her and she wouldn't talk to me since I could be "anyone off the street" and I'd have to go through all sorts of complicated steps overseas to sort it out. This is after calling and being told all I needed to show was his new address. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing here, and the workers really need to improve their knowledge base and stop wasting our time.

  First impressions do count. The security guard was rude and condascending. He would not answer my questions. Basically told us to sit down and be quiet. The person who helped us when we was served was very informative. I did express my concerns to him also. I hope someone at that office retrains the security guard because he is the first impression and he is not very nice to people.
