- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★As a Navy brat, and a former DoD employee, I've been banking with NFCU my whole life. I've always been pleased with their customer service. This particular location is nice as well, with a drive-through ATM and outdoor service area to which you can easily pull up in your car and handle whatever transactions you need through a private teller. There is only one lane and one teller, so one customer will be served at a time. The walk-in area is plenty spacious with multiple people on hand available to assist with special transactions.By Nephrite Phoenix, August 05, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am an honorably discharged veteran from the United States Army. But because I didn't stay in for 20 years and become retired from the military I'm not good enough for Navy Federal Credit Union. This sounds like a pretty discriminatory practice to welcome some veterans and not welcome others.
