  To put it simply, I honestly don't know what I would do without Jack and his incredible wealth of knowledge. I have complete trust in him with my book keeping and in creating detailed reports so I can regularly monitor the success of my business. He has been there from the beginning, and has been an absolute pleasure to work with every step of the way. He is extremely responsive and easy to work with.   My husband and I found Jack and Marianne out of desperation! We are small business owners of a busy trio of stores, where I was trying (and failing) to do it all. The result was an accounting mess where we were years behind and desperate for help. After meeting with Jack, he assured us that our accounting mess was not insurmountable, and his calm assurance was the motivation I needed to let him help us. We did get caught up, and with Marianne's help even corrected and refiled a tax return that resulted in a large refund! It is thanks to them both that I now feel liberated, and up to the minute with my business. Jeri, our bookkeeper has managed to keep me on task, and as a result, our business has become even more profitable as I am now able to focus on growing the business without a giant paperwork monkey on my back!   I brokered an M&A transaction for the Contract Electronics Manufacturing Co that Jack was VP of Finance for. Despite the very difficult financial conditions, the sale was successful, largely due to the outstanding financial reporting and clarity that Jack was able to timely produce. Prospective investors were able, with Jack's guidance, to understand where things stood, as well as where the hidden potential in the business was. The quality of reporting was what you would expect in a company 10 times larger than Jack's employer. If you need a part time CFO, want to do some accounting cleanup prior to a sale or refi, or need help with a fatigued lender, I recommend you call Jack.

  While I work at a small CPA firm we have found there are clients who need additional assistance with their Quickbooks and Bookkeeping beyond what our firm can provide. We've referred several clients to Jack and we've been very pleased with the quality of work. We trust him to take good care of our clients and send us quality financial statements that we can use to prepare the tax returns. His office provides professional services and we have a great rapport with him. We’ve tried several other companies to assist us with these types of clients and haven’t found anyone that provides the quality of service Jack’s team provides.
