- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The staff when I am in the store is nice and helpful, but I have had 3 packaging errors and the store doesn't want to take 0 responsibility for it. Returned packages with written address wrong and I lost $600 of shipping just today. The owner yelled at me on the phone, cut me off in my communication and I tried again to speak with her and she said fine go to better biz bureau and come get your packages. Very rude and is't too bad because now I need to switch posts offices and change all of my mail I've had sent there for 2 years now.
