  I would give them zero stars if could. Couple days after Hurricane Irma, they closed minutes early with us on the phone letting them know we had to cash our check last minute. Arrived at 5:59 and they had already locked the door and "shut down" the computers. This is ridiculous and caused us a huge problem. We arrived at another location prior to this one and it had closed an hour early without notice as well. Don't trust these deadbeats with your money!

  As a person who works for a business if I need change I should be to come to a BANK and be able to get change. Oh no not at this one I must call first ok I can handle that but the earliest I can get is 45 min later like seriously?!?!??!?! I'm calling at the time of you opening you can't fill my order in like 15 min? But yet I can go to another Wells Fargo and NOT call and just walk into the bank there and just tell them what I need and they fill my order with no problem at all! It's to the point I will go the extra miles to this other bank not to deal with this bank. The main bank lady is rude and doesn't know how to talk to customers or her employees maybe you should put her behind a desk crunching numbers so she don't have to talk to anyone.
