  I was rear ended by a young, distracted driver who was traveling at a high speed, who claimed she didn't see me sitting stopped at the red light. My car was totaled. So, I am hurting, disoriented and without a car. Not thinking clearly, not knowing where to turn, or what to do, I called Bill straight out of the phone book. See what I mean? After speaking with Bill I didn't feel the need to check out other attorneys. He was kind and understanding and quickly and patiently answered all my questions. I was in such pain that I was unable to walk to a bus stop to travel to meet with an attorney, but Bill offered to meet with me in my home for our initial consultation! He drove to my home. What relief that offered me. That in itself was a enormous help. During our consultation he provided me with some understanding of what I was or may experience and expect and additional helpful information that he left with me. I was crying seemingly out of the blue and had distressing short term memory issues, just to name a few. In fact I cryed while he was there! This was very disconcerting but he kindly explained this was something alot of people experience with my kind of injury. When we said goodbye I had a huge sigh of relief, feeling like I was in very competent, compassionate hands. Bill and his staff are very professional, friendly, thorough and caring. When calling to ask questions I would immediately be transferred to Bill or receive a prompt call back which was another pleasant surprise. My case was settled and Bill's fee was fair and just. Hopefully, I wont have to, but would quickly and enthusiastically recommend Bill Schneikart to anyone who needs a highly experienced attorney who also possesses compassion for those he serves. Even with his many, many years of experience he has not become hardened to his clients. I appreciate you Bill Schneikart, thank you.

  I am a current client of Bill's, and I am also a client he has helped once before many years ago. When I was, unfortunately, in a serious car accident recently, I knew right away that Bill was the only logical and reasonable choice for me and my families best interest. I knew that he would aggressively pursue the insurance company that is working it's hardest to wiggle out of any and all liability. He also has a family friendly atmosphere and makes me feel like I am the only client he is helping, even though he is a very busy and well respected Attorney with numerous other clients. That compassionate, yet aggressive representation is what makes Bill stand out amongst his peers. I have not yet reached a settlement with the insurance company for this horrible accident, but I know that he has me and my families best interest in mind and will not tolerate the typical slimy insurance companies tactics. I highly recommend Bill to anyone that is in need of a Personal Injury Attorney. He will treat you like family and see to it that you are compensated fairly for your injuries.

  Mr. Schneikart took my case and after fighting with the insurance has helped restore the economic damage caused by an accident which was no fault of my own. He really took the time to speak to my doctors and understand my condition and get me help for my injuries.
